Deleting a Job Post

If you have any reason to delete a job post, you can quickly do so from your admin panel.

Deleting jobs is permanent!

Once a job has been deleted, it can't be brought back. All applicant history for the job will also be lost. Make sure you are 100% certain you want to permanently remove the job before deleting. You can use the Unpublish button in the job details to hide the job from your board.

Mass Delete Jobs

  1. Navigate to the Home section of your Admin panel.
  2. Identify the Jobs you'd like to delete, and check the box next to each one. You can select the full page by clicking the box at the top of the list.
  3. Click the Bulk Actions drop down in the top left corner.
  4. Choose Delete X Jobs.
  5. A pop-up will appear to confirm you'd like to delete the jobs. Confirm the job count one last time, and click Delete X Jobs when ready.

Delete a Single Job

  1. Navigate to the Home section of your Admin panel.
  2. Identify the Job you'd like to delete, and click the Job Title to open the Job Edit screen.
  3. Open the More Actions drop down.
  4. Choose Delete.
  5. A pop-up will appear to confirm you'd like to delete the job. Double check to be sure you have the correct job one last time, and click Confirm when ready.

The mass delete option can also be used to delete a single job.
